This policy applies to the Pampers Diapers and Pampers Wipes categories

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. To provide the best possible service, we give you the option to have your order sent with PostNL or DHL with Track & Trace code!

Shipping with PostNL

We try to ship orders placed before 8:30 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Orders placed over the weekend will be packed and shipped the next business day. In most cases, orders from Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

The shipping costs to have your order sent with PostNL are €3.99 for the Netherlands. We deliver orders over €50 in the Netherlands for free.

Shipping with DHL

Returns Policy

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You have 14 days to register your return. After this, you must return the product(s) to BabySales within 14 days .

You can register an item for return using the following steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store navigation.
  2. Sign in to your account: Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
  6. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  7. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
  8. Click on Request a return. If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Place the return label on the package and return all items. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

How long will it take before I receive the refund?

You will receive a refund of the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

What are the costs of returning a product/products?

The costs for returning from your home to the online store (and possibly for previous shipping) are at your own expense. After receipt of your return shipment, your return will be processed and €3.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Do I also pay return costs if I receive an incorrect item from BabySales?

No, if this is the case, you will not pay return costs. Contact us at customerservice@baby-sales.nl or fill in the contact form on the next page https://baby-sales.nl/pages/contact . We will solve it as quickly as possible!

What is the policy on returned items that are lost in transit or arrive damaged?

Something can always go wrong during shipping. This means that the product cannot arrive or is damaged en route. The risk is generally for the sender. As an online store, you bear the risk for outward shipment and the risk for return is borne by the customer.

Return exceptions

NB! Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  • For sealed products; if the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned;
  • The product poses a health risk or is unsanitary if returned;
  • Which are clearly personal in nature;
  • Which by their nature cannot be returned and
  • That can spoil or age quickly.

This policy applies to the Baby Clothing and Accessories categories

  1. Shipping destination: We currently only ship to addresses within the Netherlands.

  2. Delivery time: Estimated delivery time for orders is between 7-15 days. Please note that this is an estimated time and deliveries may take longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping with tracking on all our orders. This allows customers to track the progress of their package from the time of shipment to delivery.

  4. Restrictions: There are no specific products that cannot be shipped to certain locations within the Netherlands.

  5. Shipping costs: The shipping price is fixed and is clearly stated during checkout. We offer free shipping for orders of €50 or more.

  6. Returns Policy: Returns are free for select products. If returns are not free, the costs will be borne by the consumer. If a product has not been delivered after 15 days, we kindly ask customers to contact us.

  7. Customs fees and import duties: No additional customs fees or import duties apply to our shipments within the Netherlands.

  8. Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of placing the order.

  9. Order Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with information on how to track their order.
